An established Wellington retailer specialising in premium Possum Merino garments, Possum Boutique approached us looking to elevate and align their brand across a growing number of customer touchpoints. While the business already had a strong reputation and loyal customer base, there was an opportunity to create greater consistency across both digital and print communications.

The project began with the development of a comprehensive brand guide, refining the visual direction, tone of voice, and key brand elements to create a clearer and more cohesive identity. From there, we worked across a range of applications including print collateral, social media content, email newsletters, and supporting marketing materials, ensuring every customer interaction felt connected to the same brand experience.
